Access to the MiniMed eShop is currently restricted to users of Medtronic insulin pumps, their parents (or guardians)* and those wishing to purchase Guardian™ Connect (real time CGM).
To register, you will need to have the following information available:
- User details and contact information
- Medtronic Insulin Pump Serial Number (if applicable)
- Hospital (if applicable)
Your registration to the Medtronic eShop will usually be activated instantly following set up for self-funding patients.
Due to the medical nature of products being purchased on the eShop, we may take up to 5 working days to activate customer accounts for new customers or existing Medtronic customers who do not currently have an eShop account. This is due to new account set-up, including ensuring NHS funding and billing is verified in our system. During this time, you will not be able to order products until you receive the account activation email.
