MiniMed™ Mio™

Dear MiniMed™ Mio™ User,
Medtronic will no longer be able to supply MiniMed™ Mio™ Infusion Sets after 31st of March 2023.
You will need to change your MiniMed™ Mio™ Infusion Set to MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance or any other infusion set as soon as possible.
Our Medtronic team will fully support you in using MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance.
Together with your HCP, we have put the following simple training plan in place, which you will need to complete before we can ship any new infusion sets to you:

2. Please, note that the cannula fill amount will differ from your current infusion set. The MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance infusion set requires a cannula fill of 0.6 units, this can be easily changed as part of the reservoir and tubing process. Please click here

We would like you to pay attention to important points:
1. Please use the remainder of your MiniMed™ Mio™ Infusion sets before starting to use MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance. Place your order for MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance only when you open your last box of MiniMed™ Mio™, in accordance with your hospital funding.
2. Please note that your current reservoir is compatible with MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance.
3. Once the switch from MiniMed™ Mio™ Infusion sets to MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance takes place, you will need to send email or call us 01923 205 167 to cancel any repeat order for MiniMed™ Mio™ Infusion sets, that you have set up in eShop, and make a new order of MiniMed™ Mio™ Advance infusion set you are switching to, for all future orders.
